Our business and operations are built around assisting customers to determine what their requirements really are, and then doing everything possible to deliver solutions that satisfy these.

Amalga's Quality Management System (QMS) is certified to the ISO 9001 standard. At its core is the continual review of services, processes and procedures. We have implemented a number of initiatives internally to promote this culture including: A comprehensive training policy, staff performance appraisal and management system, Health & Safety review board, internal quality circles plus internal suggestions for improvements.

Amalga understands the complex nature of delivering major projects inevitably leads to requirements changing throughout the project lifecycle. As a result, and in keeping with the philosophy of partnering, we assist customers by continually reassessing and managing their requirements, and deliver flexible services by closely aligning project teams with those of the customer. This is the cornerstone of all that Amalga does.
