We operate an open-book financial arrangement with our customers and welcome them to audit actual financial information and records, from bank statements through to time logs. In addition to such audit work, we provide a copy of each and every cost related source document with every application for payment. This includes payroll records (time logs, payslip reports and electronic payment confirmation) and purchase ledger records (purchase orders, proof of delivery notes, supplier invoices and electronic payment confirmation).
Our guiding principle of financial transparency and open-book policy provides confidence and knowledge that the actual cost of all services provided by Amalga can be clearly, easily identified and substantiated on a monthly basis.
